How does the ICOSYS Tech-IT staffing process operate?

The ICOSYS Tech-IT process is built around five crucial stages designed to support you throughout your job search and placement journey. Below is an overview of each stage:

Career Advisory:

You are assigned a dedicated Career Advisor who connects with you to understand your skills, experience, and career preferences. Based on this, a personalized plan is discussed and the process is streamlined to help you achieve better results.

Resume Understanding & Enhancement:

Our trained technical experts, with extensive experience in the US IT job market, conduct in-depth resume review sessions. Your resume is then enhanced and optimized to align with industry standards and recruiter expectations.

Technical Training & Guidance:

Our experienced technical trainers provide focused training sessions supported by real-time project exposure and regular assessments to strengthen your practical and technical skills.

Resume Marketing & Interview Scheduling:

A personal recruiter actively markets your profile across multiple job portals, schedules interviews, and manages your interview calendar to ensure you don’t miss any important calls or communications.

Compliance, Onboarding & Background Checks:

Once you secure a job, our compliance team assists you with all required documentation and onboarding formalities, including background check support as per employer requirements.

Are you a consultancy?

No, ICOSYS is not a traditional consultancy. What sets us apart is that we support candidates not only with contract (C2C) roles but also with full-time/W2 job opportunities, giving candidates access to a wider range of employment options.

We are an E-Verified organization with a team of over 400 experienced professionals, each bringing more than 10 years of industry expertise. Our team works closely with direct clients to help candidates secure full-time positions efficiently.

Our focus is on faster and successful placements. By offering both C2C and full-time/W2 opportunities, we significantly improve the chances of successful job placement compared to conventional consultancies.

On whose payroll will I work?

To maximize your job opportunities, we provide access to the complete job market, including both contract (C2C) and full-time/W2 roles.

If you secure a C2C position, you will be employed under DASH Technologies’ payroll, our parent company. For full-time/W2 roles, employment may be directly with the end client or through an authorized implementation partner or vendor, depending on the opportunity.

Will the training be one-on-one?

Training delivery varies based on the selected plan. Our VIP and Ultra Elite plans include personalized one-on-one training, with the flexibility to tailor sessions to your learning needs.

The Elite Plan offers instructor-led group training, while the Basic Plan provides access to pre-recorded training modules for self-paced learning.

Will you add any fake experience to my resume?

No, we never include any false experience on your resume. If there’s a skill or topic mentioned in your resume that you are not yet familiar with, we will provide proper training on it to ensure you are fully prepared for your interview.

How can you provide job placement within 90 days?

We are able to offer job placement within 90 days due to our over a decade of experience and our proprietary, well-coordinated processes.

Unlike typical consultancies that only offer C2C roles, we provide access to both full-time/W2 and contract opportunities, which significantly increases the likelihood of faster placement. Most of our candidates are successfully placed within 45–60 days, allowing us to confidently offer a 90-day job placement guarantee.

Do you provide interview support?

Yes, we focus on preparing candidates thoroughly for interviews through structured training and guidance. In addition, select payment plans include dedicated interview support to help candidates perform confidently during the interview process.

Will you help with visa sponsorship?

Yes, visa sponsorship support depends on the type of employment you secure. For full-time/W2 roles, visa sponsorship is handled by the employer or implementation partner whose payroll you join.

If you are engaged on a C2C role, visa sponsorship will be managed by our organization in accordance with applicable regulations.

What happens if I lose my job after a few months?

We enter into a six-months agreement with you to provide continued support in case of job loss during this period. If your employment ends within six-months due to job loss, we will assist you in securing another opportunity.

Please note that this support applies only in cases of job loss and does not apply if a contract naturally concludes within the six-month term.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

Yes, an upfront fee is required. This allows us to allocate dedicated resources to your profile and deliver high-quality, industry-standard services. In return, we are able to offer a job placement commitment and remain accountable if we do not meet the agreed terms.

Why do you charge an upfront fee when others don’t?

Charging an upfront fee allows us to invest dedicated time, experienced professionals, and high-quality resources into your profile to deliver industry-standard services.

Unlike many providers, we offer access to both contract (C2C) and full-time/W2 opportunities, expanding your chances of faster and more stable placement. The upfront fee also ensures accountability—you can hold us responsible for delivering results, which is often not possible with free services.

Ultimately, it’s a choice between investing upfront in structured, committed support or relying on free services that may involve hidden costs or limited accountability.

Can you provide references from past candidates?

Yes, we can share references from candidates we have previously assisted, subject to their consent. In the meantime, you may also review our testimonial videos to hear directly from candidates about their experiences with our services.
