1. 7-Day Satisfaction Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if they are genuinely dissatisfied with the initial onboarding or service experience.
Eligibility conditions:
- Refund request must be submitted via official email
- Clear reason for dissatisfaction must be provided
- Services must not have been substantially completed
- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or onboarding charges.
3. 90-Day Job Commitment Policy
Icosys offers a structured 90-day job placement commitment, subject to active participation and compliance with program requirements.
If a client does not secure a job opportunity within 90 days, they may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The client must have actively participated in training, resume marketing, and interview preparation
- Attendance and responsiveness requirements must be fulfilled
- All assigned tasks and scheduled sessions must be completed
- Upon verification, Icosys will process a refund after deducting a minimum service and administrative fee, which covers resources already invested in the candidate.
- Failure to meet participation requirements voids eligibility for this refund clause.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may discontinue services voluntarily at any time. However:
- Cancellation does not qualify for refund after the 7-day window
- Any unused portion of services is forfeited
5. Misuse & Policy Protection
Refunds will not be granted in cases involving:
- Non-participation or lack of cooperation
- False or misleading claims
- Violation of company policies
- Deliberate delay or obstruction of placement efforts
- Icosys reserves the right to review participation records before approving any refund request.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
